Free Exercise Classes

Your Pink’s membership gives you access to a wide range of FREE exercise Classes throughout the day to add fun and variety to your exercise programme.  Just like our gym, all classes are designed to give you an exhilarating workout and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

The Class Timetable is updated regularly and new classes are introduced to maintain variety.  We recommend that you give them all a try!
